How fresh is the coffee?

Every bag is roasted after you order it. It's never pre-made or sitting in a warehouse. Your order comes in, your coffee gets roasted — then it ships.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are roasted and shipped within 2-5 business days, then 1-5 days in transit. Total time is roughly 5-10 business days from order to doorstep. All orders ship free within the US.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Email us as soon as possible at hello@untroubledcoffee.com. Once an order has been roasted and shipped, we're not able to make changes — so the sooner you reach out, the better.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice.

How does the subscription work?

It's $24 per month, delivered to your door. You can cancel anytime after your first shipment. No contracts, no complicated terms.

 

What's the newsletter companion about?

Your coffee shows up at your door. The newsletter shows up in your inbox. Together, they're your morning ritual — a few minutes of calm before the world gets loud. Each week, you get a short read designed to pair with your cup: a grounding thought, a simple practice, or just a reminder to take your time. It's the part of Untroubled you get to keep between shipments.

 

Can I return my coffee?

Since every bag is roasted fresh for you specifically, we can't accept returns. But if something is wrong with your order, reach out and we'll make it right.

What's the difference between your three coffees?

The Daily (Brazil single origin) is your morning ritual — smooth and forgiving, the kind of cup you come back to every day. The Shift (Breakfast Blend) is the gear change — bright and balanced for when the pace picks up. The Calm (Costa Rica single origin) is the wind-down — mellow, easy, and unhurried.

Where is Untroubled Coffee based?

We're based in Brockton, Massachusetts. Our coffee is roasted by our production partner in Southern California.

 

what's the ritual companion?

it's a short email that arrives twice a week — sunday morning and wednesday midday. each one has a brew tip, something worth your attention, and a music recommendation. it's not a newsletter and it's not selling anything. it comes with every subscription. most people say it's the part they didn't expect to look forward to.
