That's the spirit behind Untroubled Coffee. The phrase "no problem" carries a particular kind of weight when it comes from Jamaica, where it isn't about indifference. It's about composure. It's what people say when the situation is difficult and they handle it anyway. Resilience dressed as ease. Humor as a survival tool. The ability to keep your rhythm when everything around you wants to break it.

That's the energy we're building this brand on.

Who We Are

Untroubled Coffee was founded by Eval Silvera in Massachusetts. The idea was simple: most coffee brands talk to the person chasing the day. We wanted to talk to the person who has learned, or is learning, to meet the day without bracing for it.

We make coffee for people who carry a lot. Not to add more. Just to give them one moment that's genuinely theirs.

Who Roasts Your Coffee

Untroubled is part of a roasters collective. We don't own the roastery. We're a member of it. That distinction matters. Your bag has a direct line to the roaster, not a fulfillment center.

We roast in frequent small batches based on customer demand, so our coffee isn't produced far in advance or held in storage.

The Five Coffees

The Daily is a Brazil single origin. Smooth, familiar, the anchor for your morning.

The Shift is our breakfast blend. Smooth and balanced, the no-thinking weekday cup.

The Hold is a blend of medium and dark roasted coffee. For the steadying, mid-stride, not the wind-down at the end of it.

The Calm is a Costa Rica single origin. Bright and lively, for after the demands stop.

The Press is our espresso blend. Roasted dark and built for the machine.
