That's the spirit behind Untroubled Coffee. The phrase "no problem" carries a particular kind of weight when it comes from Jamaica — where it isn't about indifference, it's about composure. It's what people say when the situation is difficult and they handle it anyway. Resilience dressed as ease. Humor as a survival tool. The ability to keep your rhythm when everything around you wants to break it.
That's the energy we're building this brand on.
Who We Are
Untroubled Coffee was founded by Eval Silvera in Massachusetts. The idea was simple: most coffee brands talk to the person chasing the day. We wanted to talk to the person who has learned, or is learning, to meet the day without bracing for it.
We make coffee for people who carry a lot. Not to add more. Just to give them one moment that’s genuinely theirs.

Untroubled is part of a roasters collective. Together we source, profile, and roast our coffee.
Small batches. Demand-driven. No warehouse inventory. When you order, it triggers the roast.
We don’t own the roastery. We’re a member of it. That distinction matters. Your bag has a direct line to the roaster, not a fulfillment center.
