Refund policy
We roast every bag of Untroubled Coffee fresh, specifically for you, after you place your order. Because each batch is a custom product made on demand, our refund policy reflects that reality — but we also want you to be completely happy with your coffee. Here is how it works.
CUSTOM ROASTED ORDERS
Because every order is roasted and packaged specifically for you after purchase, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or decided you no longer want the coffee. This is standard for fresh, custom food products.
If you realize you made a mistake in your order, please email us at hello@untroubledcoffee.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to catch it before it goes into production, but we cannot guarantee changes once roasting has begun.
IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER
We stand behind our coffee 100%. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we want to make it right.
To request a replacement or refund for a problem order:
1. Email hello@untroubledcoffee.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
3. Attach a photo showing the damage or problem.
Once we review your request, we will offer either a full replacement or a full refund — your choice. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
NO RETURNS
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept physical returns under any circumstances. You do not need to send anything back to us.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Our subscription plan is managed through the Seal Subscriptions app and is billed at $24.00 per month.
Here is what you need to know:
- You must complete at least one payment before cancelling.
- After your first payment, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.
- To cancel, log in to your account at untroubledcoffee.com or email us at hello@untroubledcoffee.com.
- Refunds are not issued for subscription orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped.
- If you believe a charge was made in error, please reach out and we will look into it promptly.
