USE OF OUR WEBSITE

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are using our products for personal, non-commercial consumption. Our products are not intended for resale.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm us, our partners, or other customers.

OUR PRODUCTS

We sell freshly roasted coffee in bag form. All coffee is custom roasted to order after your purchase is made.

Product descriptions, photos, and weights on our website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in roast appearance or packaging may occur.

PRICING

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

In the event of a pricing error on our website — for example, a product listed at the wrong price due to a technical issue — Untroubled Coffee reserves the right to cancel or refuse those orders, even after an order confirmation has been sent. If this happens, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund if any payment was collected.

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We confirm your order by sending you an order confirmation email. That confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order.

Because each order is custom roasted immediately after purchase, our ability to modify or cancel orders is very limited. If you need to change or cancel an order, please email hello@untroubledcoffee.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill. We will notify you if this occurs and process any applicable refund promptly.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Our monthly coffee subscription is $24.00 per month and is managed through the Seal Subscriptions app on Shopify. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

- A minimum of one payment is required before cancellation.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time after your first payment.
- Cancellations apply to future billing cycles. Refunds are not issued for subscription orders that have already shipped.
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notice to subscribers.

PAYMENT

We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please refer to our Shipping Policy at untroubledcoffee.com for full details on processing times, transit times, and carrier information. We ship to US addresses only.

Untroubled Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Untroubled Coffee LLC and its sole member, Eval D. Silvera, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
