Shipping policy
At Untroubled Coffee, every bag is roasted fresh after you order — never sitting on a shelf waiting. That means your coffee takes a little longer than a warehouse order, but it arrives at peak freshness. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
FREE SHIPPING
All orders ship free within the contiguous United States. No minimum order required. We do not charge for shipping — ever.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
We currently ship to US addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
HOW OUR FULFILLMENT WORKS
Your coffee is not pre-made. Once you place an order, it is freshly roasted, packaged, and labeled specifically for you — every single time. This is what makes Untroubled Coffee different.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be roasted, packaged, and handed off to the carrier. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
TRANSIT TIME
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 1-5 additional business days depending on your location. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location and order details.
TOTAL ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
From the time you place your order to the time it arrives at your door, expect approximately 5-10 business days total.
We know that is a bit longer than Amazon Prime, but fresh-roasted coffee is worth the wait.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use that number to follow your package on the carrier's website.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 6 business days of your order, please check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at hello@untroubledcoffee.com.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping options. All orders ship via standard service.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Since your coffee is roasted to order, our window to make changes is very short.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, email hello@untroubledcoffee.com as soon as possible after placing it. Include your order number and what you need changed.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to make any modifications or process a cancellation.
