Cancellation policy
Subscription Overview
Untroubled Coffee subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days at $24.00 per month. There is no minimum commitment — you may cancel at any time after your first order.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. Log in at untroubledcoffee.com, go to your account, and select "Manage Subscription." From there, you can cancel with a single click. No phone calls, emails, or extra steps required.
If you need help, contact us at hello@untroubledcoffee.com and we will process your cancellation within one business day.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again. Your subscription ends at the close of your current billing cycle, and no further orders will be placed.
If your next order has already been submitted to our roasting facility for fulfillment, that order will still ship and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Skipping a Delivery
If you need a break but don't want to cancel, you can skip your next delivery through your customer account portal. This pauses your subscription for one cycle without losing your spot.
Modifying Your Subscription
You can change your coffee selection (The Daily, The Shift, or The Calm), update your shipping address, or adjust your quantity at any time through your customer account portal. Changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to your upcoming order.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Because our coffee is custom roasted to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@untroubledcoffee.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Reactivating a Subscription
If you cancel and later want to resubscribe, simply visit any product page on untroubledcoffee.com and select the "Subscribe & save" option to start a new subscription.
