I’ve been diving into The Shift lately, and it has officially become my absolute weekday go-to. My current routine is brewing a cup right after my daily work standup when I'm working from home. it’s the perfect reset to get me into focus mode for the rest of the morning.
Beyond the the actually coffee, I’m really enjoying the companion emails (just got my second one). I seriously appreciate the simplicity and the overall focus around composure. The content is thoughtful, bite-sized, and pairs perfectly with a morning cup. Though I recall the frequency is twice a week, so maybe one got missed.
